RBC Student/Staff attendance registration
If you are a student or staff member of The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, please register your attendance by following the link below, not through the Conservatoire website.
The Journey to Hatton is slightly complicated for those not travelling by car, we aim to provide information and support to make this journey as easy as possible.

Traveling by Car
Hatton Village Hall, (Warwick Rd, Warwick CV35 7LR) is a 40-minute drive from the Conservatoire. Free Parking is available at the Church and Scout Campsite (see map for reference).
The registration form indicates who is travelling to the event and if you would like to organise car shares please contact the relevant parties and update the registration form accordingly.
Travelling by train
We recommend the 5.10pm from Birmingham Moor Street to Warwick Parkway arriving at 5.35pm.
There will be a minibus provided to ferry passengers from Warwick Parkway station to the Village Hall for the start time of 6pm.
The minibus will return you to the station to catch the 9.12pm to Moor Street station arriving back in Birmingham at 9.46pm.
Minibus only providing transportation to this schedule and the trains recommended. If trains are delayed or timetables changed further information will be provided via email.
